If you hadn’t have been so quick, we would not have had the opportunity to make it ‘OUR’ home. As you know, there were others that wanted it right behind us. This was especially helpful as we were out of state for most of the process.

Lindsay worked directly on site with the various inspectors that were involved, understood all of the items and recommendations in their reports and was able to walk us through the various pieces so we could understand and prioritize issues. She then drove the remediation of the top items before our closing.

Finally, Lindsay was an effective negotiator who enabled us to trim down the final purchase price on a home which had already had a number of price reductions.
